In the winter time when the air is too cold for running John Smith likes to cross country ski. Cross country sking is a great workout and is easier on the joints then running (assuming you don't fall).

We have a few races up and coming this year, but our next upcoming race will be a mixed gender race. Above is the picture of last year's race. During these races this year, we will be giving more prizes out and gift cards for our club store.

Training Tips

When training, you want to make sure to stretch before any workout to avoid cramps and muscle pains. trianing helps build endurance and also helps avoid any injuries if you are into any sport.
